A strange transfer has come to light in the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Department. In the transfer of clerks here, it was not even checked whether the post where they were being sent was vacant or not. At the same time, an employee has been transferred to a place where he was not posted.

Association General Secretary Rajesh Kumar Srivastava gave a letter to the Director and told that the Additional Director of Education has arbitrarily transferred senior assistants under various pay scales in 2024-25. There are many shortcomings in these due to which the transferred employees are mentally disturbed. He has demanded the Director to cancel the transfer order. Regarding the flaws in the transfer, Rajesh Srivastava said that Senior Assistant Anant Vijay Singh has been sent from Pratapgarh BSA office to Patki whereas there is no place named Patki there. Similarly, Sangeeta Verma has been transferred from JD office Gorakhpur to Government Girls Inter College Naugarh Siddharthnagar whereas this post is not vacant here.
Similarly, senior assistant Pradeep Yadav has been transferred from Gorakhpur to Kushinagar, whereas there is a vacancy in the divisional psychology branch in Gorakhpur itself. Similarly, Rajendra Singh Rawat has been transferred from Nishantganj Lucknow to Kheri. Whereas the post is vacant in Government Jubilee Inter College Lucknow. Rajesh Srivastava said that despite the post being vacant in the district, the Additional Director has made an arbitrary transfer, which should either be canceled or amended.
The director said the problem will be resolved
Taking the demands of the employee leaders seriously, Basic Education Director Pratap Singh Baghel promised to remove the irregularities in the transfer. He assured the employee leaders that whatever problems there are will be resolved.
