In Fatehpur, a student fell into the river while taking a selfie with her younger sister while standing on the Yamuna river bridge. Hearing the sister’s screams, the boatmen present nearby pulled her out of the river. Police reached the spot and admitted the girl to the hospital. The girl was taken to the town of Kishanpur police station area.

Then her feet slipped and she fell into the river. On hearing the screams of the younger sister after her elder sister fell into the river, the boatmen present nearby took out the girl drowning in the river from the boat. Meanwhile, on receiving the information about the girl falling into the river, the police reached the spot and admitted the girl to the nearest hospital. On receiving the information from the police, the girl’s family members also reached the hospital.
Police station in-charge Hemant Kumar Mishra said that a girl along with her younger sister gave clothes to a tailor for stitching. After this both of them reached the bridge. Here while taking a selfie on the bridge, she slipped and fell into the river. The girl was taken out safely and admitted to the nearest hospital. Police personnel have been deployed on the bridge.
