The much-awaited promotion list of UP Secretariat Service Group-A officers was released on Tuesday. In the meeting of the promotion committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, 11 officers have been promoted to the post of Special Secretary. He informed that the meeting of the promotion committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary for the promotion of Group-A officers of UP Secretariat Service was concluded. In the meeting, 11 posts of Special Secretary, 23 of Joint Secretary, 44 of Deputy Secretary and 59 of Under Secretary, which will be vacant in the year 2024-25, were selected for promotion.
State President Ashutosh Chandra Pandey has welcomed the quick promotion process in relation to the vacant posts. He expressed his gratitude to Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh and all the officers of the Secretariat Administration Department for this and congratulated and wished the selected officers.
