In Hamirpur, there are Gaushalas in every village and city. There are instructions to keep the helpless animals there but after harvesting the Rabi crop, the animals kept in the Gaushala were let loose. They have not been kept locked up till date. Now when the Kharif crop has been sown, these animals have become the enemies of the farmers. These animals have created terror in the urban areas as well.

Two such stray bulls created a lot of ruckus in Rath Kotwali town on Wednesday. Both the bulls clashed with each other. While fighting, they also overturned the cart of a chaat vendor. Due to which the daily wage earner has suffered a lot of loss. This is not the first case of animals creating such a ruckus. Here stray animals keep causing such accidents every day.
