1. Bobby: The 1973 film Bobby, directed by Raj Kapoor and written by Khwaja Ahmad Abbas, showed how teenage love leads to marriage. In this film, the hero-heroine faces many difficulties. They overcome all and keep their promise to each other. The film featured Rishi Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia in lead roles. The film became a blockbuster, securing the position of highest grossing Indian film of 1973 and the second highest grossing film of the 1970s at the Indian box office.

2. Maine Pyar Kiya: It is a romantic musical film directed by Sooraj Barjatya in his directorial debut. In this film, a rich boy, Prem Chaudhary, falls in love with a poor girl, Suman. In the love story of Prem and Suman, Prem’s father is the villain, but his father has to retreat before his love. It featured Salman Khan and Bhagyashree in lead roles. The film was released on 29 December 1989. Made on a budget of Rs 20 million, the film emerged as a commercial blockbuster, grossing Rs 308.1 million worldwide.

3. Aashiqui – The film was directed by Mahesh Bhatt. In this film, the story of hero-heroine coming together after overcoming difficulties was shown. This movie had Rahul Roy, Anu Aggarwal, and Deepak Tijori in pivotal roles.

4. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge: It is an all-time blockbuster film directed by Aditya Chopra in 1995. The film created many records. It is one of the best Hindi movies. It features a boy named Raj who falls in love with Simran. But Simran’s family wants to marry her somewhere else. Raj’s love is so much that finally his and Simran’s love got successful. The film featured Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in lead roles.

5. Veer-Zaara: The 2004 superhit film Veer Zara was directed by Yash Chopra. In the film, Veer Pratap Singh falls in love with Pakistani girl Zaara. They belong to different religions, and Veer goes to fetch her, but there he is tricked by the Pakistani government. Veer stays in jail for 22 years and continues to love Zaara, who waits for him. When these two meet after 22 years, their love is the same as before. The film featured Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta in lead roles.
