On Thursday, worms were found in the mid-day meal of NGO in Sumant Kumar Maheshwari Inter College of Kasganj city. The condition of more than 40 children deteriorated after eating the food. They were admitted to the district hospital for treatment. In protest against this, the workers of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad today went to meet DM Medha Rupam demanding action against the operators of NGO Ashrafi Devi Gram Udyog Sansthan and the school.

Raised slogans against the district administration
The workers of the student council wanted to call out DM Kasganj Medha Rupam and give her a memorandum, but the DM refused to come out and take the memorandum. After which the workers of the student council sat in front of the DM’s car and protested by raising slogans against the district administration. For a long time, the workers of the student council kept protesting by sitting on a dharna in front of the DM’s car.
After which DM Medha Rupam had to leave her official car and go to her residence. After that ADM reached the workers of Vidhyarthi Parishad. And he took the memorandum and assured action. After which the anger of the people of Vidhyarthi Parishad subsided.
