A young man named Narendra Chaudhary, posted in the company, used to come to that family to collect the loan installment. During the conversation, Narendra coaxed the girl of this family and convinced her to marry him.

After rape, the lover left the girl and fled

The accused took her to a place in Sambhal district on July 31 on the pretext of marrying her. It is alleged that the accused raped the girl there. Later he left the girl in Chandausi and fled. Meanwhile, the family members reached Chandausi in search of the girl and admitted her to the hospital in critical condition.

The police rebuked him and chased him away

According to the complaint, the victim first went to Chandausi police station with her brother, but the police there rebuked them and drove them away from the police station. After this, the family went to Islamnagar police station but were rebuked there too.

The matter was a border dispute

Actually, the border dispute between the police of both the police stations was coming in the way. The Islamnagar police station argued that the place where the rape took place is in Sambhal district, so the police of that district should register the case. Whereas the Sambhal police believed that the incident started from Badaun, the victim is also a resident of that place. So the case should be registered there. However, when the matter reached the Badaun SSP, the SSP got the case registered in Islamnagar police station.
