Both were stranded as they did not have a master key

Dhyeya IAS Coaching Center is on the second floor of the building near Husadiya Square. Students were going down after the class was over at 8 pm. Then the lift got stuck in the middle. There were two students named Shobha Singh and Nilesh Awasthi in the lift. Shobha Singh called her husband Pawan Singh in panic. After this, Pawan Singh reached the spot and gave all the information to the guard. Since the guard did not have the master key, he remained stuck in the lift for 45 minutes.

After coming out of the lift the student started crying.

Police arrived after 15 minutes

Pawan Singh informed the police. The police arrived after 15 minutes and called the lift operator to get both of them out. Shobha Singh was terrified after being stuck in the lift. She was in no condition to talk to anyone. Her husband took her to Sai Kalp Hospital. After treatment here, she was sent home.

The lift stopped after a loud noise

Shobha Singh said that she was talking to the teacher. All the children had left. When they were coming out of the lift, there was a loud noise and the lift stopped suddenly. After the lift stopped, they first called out but no one was there to hear.
