Suresh Chandra Tripathi defeated Bechanram Chaudhary for the post of president. Rajesh Gupta defeated Surendra Kumar for the post of senior vice president. The following office bearers were unanimously elected for other posts: Anil Kumar Upadhyay minister, Manoj Pandey vice president, Lalji organization minister, Surya Prakash Mishra treasurer, and Shiv Poojan accounts communicator.

Mastram Verma, President of Rajya Karamchari Sanyukt Parishad, expressed concern over the difficult conditions of the employees and said that the government is not serious about restoring the old pension and the Eighth Pay Commission has not been constituted either. He appealed for unity and stressed the need to intensify the struggle.

State Deputy Minister Ram Prakash Chaudhary elaborated on the problems and anomalies of the Amins. Ram Adhar Pal warned that if the employees do not wake up now, the situation can become more serious, and participation in the movement will have to be increased to regain the lost rights. The newly elected office bearers were administered the oath of office and secrecy by State Employees Joint Council Minister Taulu Prasad.
