In a complaint to the police, a woman from Faridabad said that her elder sister’s daughter, who lives in Noida, was getting married recently. She had come to her sister’s house in Noida to attend the wedding. The woman alleges that when the wedding rituals were being performed, her sister’s brother-in-law Ghanshyam Singh winked at her and made a wrong move. The woman ignored Ghanshyam’s actions. His dirty acts continued further as well. The woman kept ignoring him again and again but the accused Ghanshyam did not listen.

Told the accused’s daughter to be ignored
The next day, during the haldi ceremony, the accused crossed all limits. While applying haldi, Ghanshyam stood next to the woman and when she turned back, he touched her inappropriately. The private parts of the woman’s body were deliberately touched inappropriately several times. The woman got scared and ran away to her room. After this, the accused did the same in the evening when the DJ was playing. Fed up, the woman told the accused’s daughter and others about his actions. They asked her to talk after the marriage.

The woman slapped the accused
The complainant started preparing to come home the next day after the wedding. The woman was standing on the stairs and talking to her children. During this, the accused winked and tried to molest her again, then the woman slapped the accused. During this, the accused beat the children of the woman who came in between. The accused kept creating a ruckus for a long time and threatened to face dire consequences if she complained to the police. The woman says that she is hurt since the incident and is unable to come out of the shock.
