A case of attempted murder was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Vinay Kumar Singh of Chandauli on Monday. In this, the court held three people guilty on the basis of the prosecution and evidence and sentenced them to four years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 11,000 each.

If the fine is not paid, the accused will have to spend an additional four months in jail. On behalf of the prosecution, the case was effectively pleaded in the court by ADGC Sanjay Kumar Tripathi and police advocate Rajesh Rai.

Let us tell you that a case was registered in Mughalsarai Kotwali in the year 2004. In this case, Chandrika Yadav, Ram Vilas Yadav and Nandlal Yadav, residents of Sengar village of the police station area, were made the main accused by the Mughalsarai Kotwali police.

After the police investigation, the report was filed in the court. The final hearing of this case was held on Monday in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Vinay Kumar Singh.

During the hearing, on the basis of evidence presented in the court and effective advocacy presented by the prosecution, the court of Additional Sessions Judge held Chandrika Yadav, Ram Vilas Yadav and Nandlal Yadav as the main culprits of carrying out the incident.

In such a situation, the court has also imposed a punishment of four years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of 11 thousand rupees each on the three main accused. If the fine is not paid, all the three accused will have to serve an additional sentence of four years each in jail.
