In Azamgarh, a car ran over a young man who had fallen on the road, the young man died, CCTV footage of the incident surfaced.
A vegetable vendor suddenly fell on the road at night near the old Sabzi Mandi crossing in the Kotwali area of Azamgarh district. After falling on the road, the young man was crushed by a four wheeler car coming behind the e-rickshaw. After the incident, the driver fled with the vehicle.

After the incident, the young man fell on the road and got seriously injured. People rushed him to the district hospital where the doctor declared him dead. The deceased was identified as Sonu Chauhan (22) son of late Kailash Chauhan, resident of Khatri Tola. As soon as the local people came to know that the young man had died in the accident.
After this, some angry people destroyed a tea stall near the incident spot. After getting information about the incident, the city police reached the spot and started investigating. The police is trying to find the car that caused the accident. CCTV footage of this incident has also surfaced. On the basis of which the car that caused the accident is being searched.
The deceased used to sell vegetables in Golamandi
Sonu Chauhan, who died in the road accident, used to sell vegetables with his brother in Gola Mandi. He reached Sabzi Mandi square from somewhere at night and after some time he fell on the road going from the square towards the statue of Shankar ji. No one present nearby tried to lift him up, except those who were going there. They also passed by him. During this time, an unknown car ran over him and he died in this accident. Local people are very angry about this incident.
