People of Awas Jankalyan Samiti holding a meeting in Sanjay Gandhi Puram
A meeting was held in Sanjay Gandhi Puram regarding the flag hoisting ceremony on 15th August. The members of Awas Jan Samaj Samiti held a meeting and decided the outline of the programme. It was decided to publicise the programme in the entire colony to celebrate it with great pomp.

People were invited to attend the programme in large numbers. It was decided to inspire the countrymen with thoughts along with national and patriotic songs. President Tara Shankar Pandey, SP Shukla, Secretary, NB Singh, Gajadhar Lal, Rajesh Kumar Pandey, Ajit Kumar Gupta, OP Mishra, PK Rawat, Umakant Singh, Vijay Shankar Singh, Ramesh Singh, Tej Kumar Singh, Shyam Lal, Sandeep Singh etc. were present in this meeting.
