A married woman died under suspicious circumstances on Tuesday night in the town of Mendu in Hathras Junction Kotwali area. The body of 35-year-old Ruby was found hanging from a noose. The police have sent the body for post-mortem and have started investigating the case.

Ruby was married to Naeem about 8 years ago, which was her second marriage. Ruby did not have any children since the marriage. The deceased’s family says that Naeem had recently demanded money and there were injury marks on her neck, due to which murder is suspected.
After finding the body at night, some people took it down from the noose and informed the police. The police reached the spot and investigated and sent the body for postmortem. Ruby’s maternal family members also reached there and alleged murder. The police is investigating and questioning the whole matter, and investigation is also going on into the possibilities of murder.
