Cabinet minister of Uttarakhand government Rekha Arya has filed a case in Bareilly, UP. This case has been registered in Baradari police station on the orders of IG Range Dr. Rakesh Singh. In which the police have registered a case under Section 318 (4), 338 of the Indian Penal Code and other sections.

The Cabinet Minister alleges that Kalpana Mishra alias Kalpana Chaturvedi and Dr. RC Pandey are misusing my name and position of my husband Girdhari Lal Sahu. These two people are extorting illegal money in a fraudulent manner and are dominating the public. By misusing my name and position, they have installed Uttarakhand Government’s board, hooter, red and blue lights on their Creta car. So that they can extort illegal money by instilling fear in people.

Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya has alleged that the accused Kalpana Mishra alias Kalpana Chaturvedi has stolen Rs 7 lakh from me and a gold-studded Rudraksha rosary. It appears that she is associated with a big criminal gang. The accused Kalpana Saxena has registered my Aadhaar card, my husband’s papers and home address in her personal documents. In this entire case, the police have been asked to take strict action against both the accused. On the complaint of Rekha Arya, a case has been registered against the woman and her uncle in Baradari police station under sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 305 of the IPC.
