Premanand was born in Akhri village of Narwal Saint Premanand Ji Maharaj was born 54 years ago in Narwal Akhri village of Kanpur district. He spent his childhood and studied in Akhri village itself. He went to school for only 5 months in class 9. After this he got immersed in devotion to God. After leaving Shri Nandeshwar Dham temple in Sarsaul, he stayed in a temple in Saibsi of Maharajpur for many years. Then from there he stayed in Deodhi, Safipur Ghat, Bithoor, after Bithoor he went to Kashi Vishwanath.
