The heavy rain that started in Agra on Wednesday morning continued till Thursday afternoon. Due to the rain, water is flowing like a river on the Agra-Delhi highway. The streets and houses of the city are filled with two to three feet of water. Many vehicles stopped on the Delhi highway, causing a traffic jam several kilometers long.
