‘Border 2’ in controversy before it even starts: Financier Bharat Shah issues notice, calls himself controller of world rights of the film

Sunny Deol’s next film Border 2 is in controversy even before its release. This film is a sequel to ‘Border’ released in 1997.

Now film financier and distributor Bharat Shah, who was associated with that film, has issued a public notice to the makers of ‘Border 2’. A case is already going on in the court regarding the first part of the film.

There were differences between Bharat Shah and JP Through this notice, lawyer Ajay Khatlawala and Little & Company’s partner informed that their clients Bharat Shah and Bina Bharat Shah are the controllers of the world rights of the film ‘Border’. They had made an agreement with the film’s director and producer JP Dutta that they would finance this war film.

But there were differences between the two parties. However, it was decided earlier that whatever revenue the film generates will be divided equally. Not only this, JP Dutta also had to give information about the money being spent on the film to Bharat Shah.

In 2014 also he had approached the Bombay High Court It was said in this notice that JP Dutta never gave any information to Bharat Shah and Bina Bharat Shah and also did not inform them about the financial condition and profits of the film.

In such a situation, Bharat Shah and Bina Bharat Shah have now filed a complaint against JP Dutta in the Indian Film and TV Producers Council. Earlier in 2014, they had also approached the Bombay High Court. This case has now been transferred to the civil court.

Sunny, Varun and Diljit will be seen together Sunny Deol and JP Dutta have recently announced the sequel of the 1997 film ‘Border’, titled ‘Border 2’. Earlier, Ayushmann Khurrana was supposed to be seen opposite Sunny in the film but now Varun Dhawan has replaced him.
