Pandals are resonating with cheers in rural areas including the city. Along with this, many programs have been presented on Ganesh Puja today in many schools of the district. This includes many areas including Tulsipur, Balrampur, Uttaraula, Haraiya, Pachpedwa. Ganesh Puja is celebrated in every street of the city.
The statue of the city’s sculptor Rishi Kashyap is being praised
The sculpture of the sculptor of Balrampur town is being praised a lot. Rishi Kashyap, who is a resident of Purabatola West, showed interest in making sculpture since childhood. His father Ajay Kumar is a labourer, but he inspired Rishi towards this art.

People love the idols made by Rishi, especially their finishing. This year he made a Ganesh idol for Purab Tola, which was highly appreciated by the people of the locality. Now Rishi is trying to turn his art into a business.

Tableaus have been taken out in all the areas including the city in Balrampur district. In which many people have played many characters along with the beautiful idol of God. During the tableau, devotees were seen dancing to the tune of DJ. Also, Bhandara has started in various places in the district from the evening itself. Which will continue till late night. Bhandara has been organized in various places in Balrampur city. Where hundreds of people are reaching.

Ganesh Utsav was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Balrampur city. Pandals were made at several places in the city and district and puja was performed by placing the idol. Grand jagaran and tableaux were also organized at several pandals in the district. After the puja and havan on the last day of Ganesh Utsav, all the committees are busy preparing for the immersion. All the committees have been directed to reach Veer Vinay Chauraha at 11 am for idol immersion.

Adequate arrangements for immersion
So that departure for immersion can be done on time. Stage programs have also been organized at Veer Vinay Square. In which children from many schools will participate. The immersion procession will reach Sisai Ghat on Rapti River from Veer Vinay Square via the main market. Due to the high water level of Rapti River and in view of the rising water level of Rapti River, all the committees have also been instructed to take precautions. Strong arrangements have been made by the administration to ensure that the immersion is completed properly.

Administration alert regarding security
The police administration has been on alert from the beginning regarding Ganesh Puja which started in Balrampur district. All the station in-charges, outpost in-charges and all the police personnel of the district were alerted to be vigilant in their respective areas and they were seen touring the area and inspecting the security arrangements.
Superintendent of Police Balrampur has appealed to everyone to cooperate with the police in maintaining peace and order. Along with this, he has also asked to not pay attention to any kind of rumours and not to spread them. Late in the evening, all the police station heads and area in-charges visited the areas and took stock of the security.
