Beta 2 police in Greater Noida has arrested Mukesh Khatri, accused in a big fraud case. The accused is accused of defrauding a company of Rs 2 crore by preparing fake documents. Police has already arrested another accused in this case and sent him to jail.

Additional DCP of Greater Noida, Ashok Kumar, said that Mukesh Khatri is a clever criminal. The accused had applied for a license from M/s Nex Jain Energia Pvt. Ltd., which provides licenses for opening a bio diesel/CBG (compressed bio gas) pump in Sector-63, Noida.
Mukesh prepared a fake letter on the company’s letter pad to obtain a loan from PNB Bank, Jind (Haryana) and after obtaining the margin money, he submitted it to the bank and got the loan of Rs 2 crore approved. After this, cheating the company, he got the margin money cheque bounced.
The accused hatched a conspiracy with the company’s sales director Utkarsh Gupta. He stole the company’s bias data and opened his own company named ‘Guruvar Renewal Energy’ with the help of Utkarsh Gupta. In this regard, Sanjay Dubey, Director M/s Nex Jain Energia Pvt. Ltd. had filed a case under several sections at Kasna police station on March 28.
The investigation of this case was being done by Beta-2 police station on the orders of higher officials. Earlier, the police had arrested Utkarsh Gupta and sent him to jail. Now with the arrest of Mukesh Khatri, the action in this case has been intensified.
