Due to heavy rains in Pilibhit, many villages have been flooded. In one such village, a crocodile entered the residential area due to rain water. After getting information about the incident, the forest department team reached the spot and rescued the crocodile and returned it to the river.

On Saturday, a crocodile reached the inhabited area of ​​Daulatpur Patti village of Barkheda police station area, causing a stir. A huge crowd of villagers gathered on the spot to see the crocodile. Meanwhile, the villagers informed the forest department team about the entire matter.

After getting information about the crocodile reaching the inhabited area, the police inspector Tanuj Joshi and the watcher Ram Avatar reached the spot and after about 1 hour of hard work, they caught the crocodile. After this, the crocodile was released back into the river. The villagers heaved a sigh of relief after seeing the crocodile going out of the village.

Wildlife being released safely DFO Manish Singh said that wherever there is information about the arrival of wild animals, teams are being sent to the spot to rescue them and the wild animals are being released safely.
