On Saturday, UP government’s Minister of State for Secondary Education Gulab Devi reached among the victim families, she called SP Krishna Kumar and talked to him in the midst of the victims. The minister made the SP talk to the victims. The minister said that strict action should be taken against the culprits and the victims should get justice, but has asked to remove Chandausi’s Dr. Pradeep Kumar and police post in-charge Ramkumar with immediate effect. Police had sent three innocent people to jail on the FIR of BJP SC Morcha Chandausi’s city president Prempal. The matter reached Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and the case was re-investigated in which BJP leader Prempal was arrested along with two other accused in the case of conspiracy due to land dispute and sent to jail by the police and the innocent people were released by the police.

Minister Gulab Devi called the SP and said that the incident took place on 27th July. Ration dealer Prempal was having a land dispute with the Maurya people, and these people are saying that he had demanded 10 lakh rupees. These people refused and said that they will buy the land which is theirs and will not give any money like this. In the meantime, he got pellets fitted in his waist. The police did not investigate the matter properly and arrested these people and sent them to jail.

It would have been fine if they had sent them to jail but these young boys were beaten so badly that they are still undergoing treatment. Now the situation is that the case against them has been proved to be fake. I have come here and one to one and a half thousand people are present here and all of them want to investigate whether this matter is true but it did not turn out to be true.

I am saying this in front of the media that the CO here should be removed. The CO has done a fake inquiry and got these people beaten up. CO Pradeep Kumar has been here for a long time and I have heard that Prempal is in a relationship with him, so he did not do the inquiry properly.

The minister said that you can also see the recording. See how many obscene abuses the police are using. Action should also be taken against the outpost in-charge Ramkumar and the CO here. Where did the fake pistol that was put on them come from? They had a rod in their leg and were sleeping at home. They were caught sitting at home, so justice should be done to them.
