A thug raped a girl from Agra in a car in Lucknow. The accused had called the girl to Lucknow on the pretext of making certificates of degrees from high school to post-graduate. The girl alleges that during this time the accused and his partner also made obscene videos of her. Which were posted on social media.

Friendship was made after seeing advertisement on Facebook The girl has said in her complaint that she saw an advertisement on Facebook for getting educational certificates made at home. After which she called on the number given in it. On talking, a young man named Rakesh Kumar told her that he will get any degree certificate made for Rs. 30,000 without giving any exam. His friend Shri Nivas does all this work. After which, after bargaining, the deal was fixed at Rs. 15,000 per certificate. After which Rs. 15,000 were transferred to her UPI account.

Fake degree certificate sent on WhatsApp The girl alleges that after taking the money, the accused sent a certificate made in her name on WhatsApp. They also asked her to come to Lucknow on May 10 and collect all the certificates. They also gave her a car number so that she would not face any problem in finding it on the Agra Expressway.

They were found near the Agra Expressway in Para The girl has written in her complaint that she came to Lucknow from Agra after being convinced by both of them. Both of them met at Agra Expressway in Para, where they made her sit in the car. Rakesh and Shri Nivas, who were sitting in the car, left saying that the certificates were in the office. After that, they stopped the car at a deserted area and Rakesh got off the car. As soon as she got off, Shri Nivas started misbehaving. He raped her while threatening her on protest. During this, both of them also made obscene videos on their mobile. After that, they threatened to defame her if she complained to anybody and left her near the expressway and went away. The girl alleges that she reached Agra and complained, but the police turned her away saying that they would go to the spot of the incident. After that, a complaint was lodged at Para police station.
