In Shahjahanpur, an employee absconded after embezzling Rs. 11 lakh 65 thousand from the company. The company’s business executive told in his written complaint that goods were supplied to the traders on credit and in cash. The traders’ payment had not been received for the last three months.

The incident is of Sadar Bazar police station. Dharmendra Singh, a resident of Anandpuram Colony, has a branch of Eugenics Medicines Limited Lucknow in Madrakhel, Shahjahanpur. The victim is employed as a business executive in the company. The victim gave a written complaint in the police station and told that about 25-26 employees work in the branch. Goods are supplied to the traders of Shahjahanpur on credit and cash. About three months ago, the payment of some traders did not come. After that, the victim contacted the traders and inquired about the payment, then he came to know that cash payment had been made to Surjeet Kumar, a resident of Mohalla Hussainpura, who works in the company.
Police registered an FIR based on the complaint
Meanwhile, employee Surjeet stopped coming to the branch. His house is locked and both his mobile numbers are switched off. Other employees of the branch also tried to find out but could not find any information about Surjeet. Accused employee Surjeet ran away after embezzling cash and goods worth about 11 lakh 65 thousand rupees from the traders. Police have registered an FIR on the basis of the complaint. Police station in-charge Ravindra Singh said that the accused is being searched.
