The body of a woman was found on the highway near the Mandi on Matatila Marg of Talbehat Kotwali of Lalitpur. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police reached the spot and tried to identify the body. Superintendent of Police Mohammad Mushtaq inspected the spot. The woman had a head injury.

It is suspected that the woman was strangled to death. On the other side, a 10-month-old baby girl was also found. It is suspected that this baby girl belongs to this woman.
On Tuesday evening at around 7:15 pm, the body of a 30-year-old woman was found on the side of the highway on Matatila Road in Talbehat Kotwali. The Superintendent of Police said that the woman had a slight injury on her head in the bushes. It is suspected that the woman was strangulated to death. At present, the cause of death will be clear only after the post-mortem report comes.
SP said, the first priority is to identify the dead body. He said that a 10 month old girl was found on the side of the highway at 4 am on Tuesday. Now the relationship between this girl and the woman is being investigated. If there is any relationship between them, then it is certain that there will be some other person as well. CO Kuldeep Kumar, Kotwali in-charge Inspector Anurag Awasthi and other policemen were present at the crime scene.
