The court rejected the bail plea of the co-accused in the famous Kannauj rape case of a minor. The bail plea was filed by the lawyer of the accused woman. The hearing on the plea was held 5 days ago.

Advocate Bhupendra Tomar had filed the bail petition
On the night of 11 August, SP leader Nawab Singh Yadav raped a minor. In this case, Nawab Singh was assisted by the victim’s aunt. Due to which the police arrested the victim’s aunt and sent her to jail.
On behalf of Bua, her advocate Bhupendra Tomar had filed a bail petition. On which Special Judge of POCSO Act Court Alka Yadav had reserved the decision on September 12 after hearing. On Tuesday, the court while giving the verdict in Bua’s bail case rejected the petition.
Victim’s aunt is co-accused in the rape case
Giving information about the case, Additional Government Advocate Naveen Dubey said that the victim’s aunt was a co-accused in the rape case. While giving the verdict on her bail plea, the court rejected the plea. After the court’s decision, the woman’s troubles are not going to reduce for the time being. In such a situation, the victim’s aunt and the co-accused woman in the rape case will have to remain in jail.
