In Hathras, Superintendent of Police Nipun Aggarwal held a virtual meeting with all the gazetted officers, all police station, outpost in-charge, computer operator and branch in-charges through Google Meet at midnight. On this occasion, he informed about the instructions of the Chief Minister.

Under Operation Conviction Abhiyan, the accused should be identified and punishment should be ensured quickly. It was specified to ensure maximum punishment to the accused by completing the trial proceedings quickly in serious crimes like crimes against women and murder, robbery. Necessary guidelines were given regarding incidents happening on railway tracks, legal disposal of investigations, Public Grievance Portal, feeding on Trinetra App, etc.
All police station in-charges were instructed regarding appointment of women beat officers, action of anti-Romeo squad formed at police stations, Mission Shakti campaign, preparation of beat book of all beat police officers, legal disposal of pending investigations at police stations and action/monitoring against big criminals.
On receiving information about mining, instructions were given to take necessary action by establishing coordination with the concerned department. The Superintendent of Police directed to put women police personnel on duty at pink booths made at three places in Thana Kotwali Nagar, Thana Sadabad, Thana Sikandrarao area. In view of crime control and security arrangements, instructions were given to hold a meeting with the officers / members of the trade boards.
