Ganpati festival was concluded with great pomp in Gulmohar Colony located in Raj Bhavan, Lucknow. Shobha Yatra started from Raj Bhavan and passed through Hazratganj and concluded at Jhulelal Vatika. Abhishek Kumar, the organizer of this Yatra, worshiped Ganpati Bappa and bid farewell to the ninth day.

A large number of women also participated in Ganesh immersion.
Rajbhavan workers Mukesh ji, Rudra, Rohit, Jatin, Poonam Devi, Vidya Devi, Sushma Devi and Shudha Devi played an important role in the Yatra. They completed the Yatra in a grand manner and made preparations for Ganpati Bappa’s farewell. On this occasion, tears came in the eyes of the devotees. All the devotees were seen enthusiastic for Ganpati Bappa’s farewell. The Yatra added a special color with dance and songs on DJ.
People applied color gulal to each other during Ganesh immersion puja.
During the journey, the devotees also invited Bappa to come back next year. The closing process of this festival made everyone emotional and along with the joy of bidding farewell to Ganpati Bappa, they also prayed for his return again next year.
