The outbreak of infectious diseases has increased in Hathras with the rainy season. The number of patients suffering from diarrhea and viral fever is increasing significantly. Dirt and waterlogging are being cited as the main reasons for this. In the last three days, 6 people have died due to diarrhea and fever.

On Thursday also, more than 2 thousand patients came to the OPD of the district hospital. More than 500 of these patients were suffering from infectious diseases. Private hospitals are also full of patients suffering from these diseases. Doctors are telling the patients about preventive measures along with proper treatment. In this season sometimes it is raining heavily, and sometimes it is humid and hot. The changing weather is dangerous for people’s health.

People are suffering from diarrhea and fever

In this season, the number of patients suffering from diseases such as diarrhoea, viral fever, vomiting and diarrhoea has increased. More than two thousand patients are coming to the OPD of the district hospital every day. Even today, there was a huge crowd of patients in the OPD of the district hospital. There was a long queue of patients outside each doctor’s room. Out of this, more than 500 patients were suffering from diseases. In the last three days, 6 people have died due to diarrhoea and fever. A patient, Kavita, said that her child has been suffering from fever for the last several days. She has come today for his treatment. Another patient said that he is suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea. He has come for treatment.

Take special care of your diet

Senior doctor Dr. RP Singh says that the number of patients suffering from viral fever and vomiting-diarrhea is increasing in the changing weather. The number of patients suffering from allergy related diseases has also increased. He has advised to avoid dirt and not let water accumulate around the house. He said that drink water should be boiled before drinking and special care should be taken about food.
