Petitioner Ashok Pundir, who reached the SSP office, has submitted a written complaint to the SSP requesting protection of his life and property.

The petitioner who filed a PIL in Prayagraj High Court has made serious allegations against a BJP MLA. It is alleged that the ruling party MLAs are pressurizing him to withdraw the PIL. It is alleged that a conspiracy is being hatched to implicate him in a false case. To implicate him, a conspiracy is being hatched against a BJP MLA.

Appeal made to SSP for protection of life and property Ashok Pundir, National President of Bhartiya Manav Jagrati Sangathan, has given a complaint to SSP Rohit Sajwan in Police Line on Friday. He told through the complaint that he is facing threat to his life and property from a BJP MLA. He is being continuously threatened for filing a PIL in High Court. He is being threatened to be implicated in SC-ST Act and other cases. Pressure is being exerted to withdraw the PIL. On the basis of the complaint, SSP has handed over the investigation of the case to SP City Abhimanyu Manglik.

In which a conspiracy is being hatched to implicate him in a false case by showing the incident of 2018. It is alleged that the person who got the complaint filed is the man of the BJP MLA. He works for him in construction. The petitioner says that he does not even know the two people who got the complaint filed. There is neither any call record nor any evidence. It is alleged that he is being harassed for complaining about corruption.

PIL filed regarding corruption The petitioner says that he had filed a PIL in Prayagraj High Court regarding corruption in the construction work of the district hospital. The High Court banned the payment of all bills of the concerned firm. This firm is in the name of the BJP MLA’s mother. Since then he is being continuously threatened. Ashok Pundir alleges that the BJP MLA can get him killed. He is in danger of life and property. The investigation of the case has been handed over to SP City Abhimanyu Mangalik.

Accused of making fake letter head and signature The petitioner alleges that he had filed a complaint on IGRS regarding fraud. It is alleged that the complaint was settled by fraudulently scanning the letterhead of his organization and putting fake signature and seal on it. Ashok Pundir says that an application has been given to the CM and the Chief Secretary regarding the matter. Action is being taken on it by the government.

SSP Rohit Sajwan says that the matter is being investigated. The investigation has been handed over to SP City. Further action will be taken only after the investigation.
