A woman has submitted a video along with a complaint to Maudha Kotwali police of Hamirpur, which details the assault on her. The victim woman said that the neighboring women beat her brutally due to a dispute between children. If her husband and son had not reached on time, she would have been killed.

The victim, a teenager, is a resident of Khandeh village in Maudha Kotwali area. On September 18, when she tried to stop the neighbours from throwing garbage at her door, the neighbours attacked her. The teenager alleged that her neighbour Karilal, his wife Asha, and daughter Sapna threw her on the ground and beat her brutally. During this, her mangalsutra also fell off, which was picked up by Asha.
The teenager said, “If my husband and son had not come on the spot, these people would have killed me.” Sharing information in this case through the social media cell, the police said that investigation will be done by questioning the nearby people and necessary action will be taken.
