A passenger taxi lost control and collided with a tree near village Maheshpura on Lalitpur-Devgarh road. 6 people including a woman were seriously injured in the accident. They were immediately admitted to the district hospital. The injured told that they were going to attend a marriage.

Actually, Durju’s younger brother had died on Friday and the last rites were to be performed on Saturday. To attend this ceremony, Durju was going to Jakhlon in a taxi along with his family members 55-year-old Raju, 70-year-old Jamna (wife Kanchedi), 17-year-old Rahul, 15-year-old Raja, and 20-year-old Anshul from the same locality.

When the taxi reached near Maheshpura village, two animals fighting on the road came in front of the taxi driver. In an attempt to save them, the taxi driver lost control and the car collided with a tree. All the passengers were injured in this accident. The injured say that the problem of stray animals on the roads is increasing. Which is causing accidents every day.
