The body of a young man was found hanging from a tree in a field in Pura Dhankuan under Banpur police station of Lalitpur in the evening. The police took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. The family members said that he had been living in his in-laws’ house for many years. They suspected that he had committed suicide.

50-year-old Shripat Sahariya, son of Pankhiya, a resident of Puradhankuan village, left for the farm in the morning. When he did not return, his family members searched for him. His body was found hanging from a noose tied with a towel in the farm.
Family members said that he was living in his in-laws’ house since his marriage. He was taking care of his family by farming there. The family could not tell the reason why he committed suicide. It was told that the young man had three sons and three daughters. Police station in-charge Banpur said that the body of a farmer was found hanging from a tree. The body has been sent for postmortem.
