A case of assault has come to light in Gonda under Nagar Kotwali area late on Sunday night. A video of the assault by BJP leaders has surfaced. In which the brother-in-law of BJP MLA Rajesh Kumar Pandey and son Ayush are fighting over the construction of a drain.

In fact, Rajesh Kumar Pandey, brother-in-law of BJP MLA Vinay Kumar Dwivedi from Mehaun, has been having a dispute with BJP leader Uday Kumar Pandey for the past several years. Rajesh Kumar Pandey was standing with his driver near Gonard Hotel at 9:30 pm on Sunday night due to an old rivalry. During this time, Uday Kumar, Nitin Pandey and four other people including their private gunner suddenly reached the spot. During this time, they started abusing each other fiercely due to an old rivalry of drain construction.

Attempt to kill by driving over a car
When Uday Pandey refused to abuse, he challenged his gunner and grabbed the collar of the brother-in-law of the BJP MLA. He started beating him fiercely. Meanwhile, Uday Pandey also tried to crush the brother-in-law of the BJP MLA with his black Fortuner. When Ayush, son of Rajesh Pandey, brother-in-law of the BJP MLA, got the information, he reached the spot and tried to kill him by running the car over him.
On the complaint of Rajesh Kumar Pandey, brother-in-law of BJP MLA, Gonda City Kotwali Police has registered a case against BJP leader Uday Kumar Pandey and Nitin Kumar Pandey’s private gunner along with four unknown people and started investigating the whole matter.
