A special program was organized in Sambhal under the Health Services Fortnight to commemorate the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Nagar Palika Parishad Sambhal organized a health camp for Safai Mitras, in which they were honored.

Municipal Chairperson Asiya Mushir, EO Dr. Manibhushan Tiwari and councilors together started the program. On this occasion, one Safai Mitra and all supervisors from each of the 37 wards of the municipality area were honored with a certificate and Swastika kit. During the program, the officials described Safai Mitras as an important part of their lives and said that life is incomplete without them.
EO Dr. Manibhushan Tiwari said that the main objective of this program was to provide safety equipment to Safai Mitras and to make them aware of the benefits of the schemes run by the Central and State Government. He said that all the bank representatives were also called so that Safai Mitras could get the benefit of the insurance scheme.
Chaudhary Mushir Khan, Councilor Gauhar Khan, Md. Shaukeen, Rajendra Kumar, Anees Ahmed and many other guests were present in the program. Municipality President Asiya Mushir said that today’s program is an effort to show respect to Safai Mitras. She encouraged all Safai Mitras to take advantage of the schemes of the Central Government.
During the community lunch, the officials and Safai Mitras ate together, which was an important part of the program. This event has tried to give a special place to Safai Mitras in the society by highlighting their importance, so that their hard work and contribution can be appreciated.
