Jhansi YouTuber Sprays Foam on Old Man Riding Cycle, Arrested After ‘Prank’ Viral on Social Media – News18

Two bikers staged a dangerous prank on an elderly man on a busy road in Jhansi. One of the men sprayed foam on the face of the elderly man riding a bicycle and recorded it on his smartphone. He later shared the video of this bizarre prank on social media in pursuit of likes but it quickly backfired. Social media users were outraged by the bikers’ actions and demanded their arrest. They accused the pranksters of not only harassing the elderly man but also risking the lives of other commuters. The prank eventually led to the man’s arrest.

The viral video captures two men riding a bike in Jhansi as they approach an elderly cyclist, who was carrying items on his bicycle. As they get closer to him, YouTuber Vinay Yadav sprays foam directly onto the man’s face. The victim, momentarily blinded by the foam, continues to ride his bicycle, struggling to see. As the video goes on, the pranksters can be heard laughing and giggling at their actions. As they speed away, the camera pans back to the victim showing him slowing down his bicycle and foam all over his face.

The incident reportedly occurred near the Elite-Chitra Road flyover in Jhansi’s Nawabad area. The police said that Yadav is notorious for carrying out similar pranks on people to gain likes on social media.

“We took cognisance of the video showing foam being sprayed on an elderly man’s face on a road. Nawabad police have arrested Vinay Yadav. He claims to be a YouTuber. Appropriate action will be taken against him,” the Jhansi Police said.

A photo released by the police shows the YouTuber standing behind bars with folded hands. In one of the videos shared by the police, the man can be seen walking with difficulty.
