‘Sodhi Smriti Paricharcha and Samman Samaroh’ was organized at Navayug Kanya Mahavidyalaya in Rajendra Nagar, Lucknow. ‘Role of women and youth in politics’ was discussed in the program. Municipal Commissioner Indrajit Singh attended the function as the chief guest.

The school’s NCC officer Major Manmeet Kaur Sodhi said that eight girl students of the college were honored. The girls who were honored had scored more than 75 percent marks in Philosophy subject in the 2023-24 semester examination by Lucknow University.

Lucknow University’s Vice Chancellor Professor Manuka Khanna said that such programs encourage students. The students who have been honored today are toppers. Seeing the toppers will boost the morale of other students. When students go from school to university, a big change comes in them. It is necessary to move forward in life according to that change. We just need to keep in mind that this change should not create any hindrance in our career.
