CO Sonam Singh appealed to all those present to maintain social harmony in their respective areas. He said, “The festive atmosphere should be a symbol of unity and brotherhood. Together we have to ensure that everyone celebrates their festivals without any fear.”

Kotwali in-charge Pramod Mishra instructed the organizers to follow safety standards in the upcoming Ram Leela programs. He said, “It is necessary to take care of all the safety standards. A large number of people gather in the programs, so there should be no negligence.”

Representatives of various religious organizations present in the meeting also expressed their views. One representative said, “We celebrate all festivals together and we should do the same this time too. All communities should organize these festivals together.”

Regarding security arrangements, CO Sonam Singh said that the police administration will take all necessary measures. He said, “We will increase patrolling in the area and policemen will be deployed at the event venues. The organizers will have to ensure that security standards are followed.”

Controlling noise pollution was also discussed in the meeting. Officials said that many times problems arise due to excessive noise, so it is necessary to control it. The representatives present agreed to this and said that they will spread awareness in this direction.

Apart from this, measures to ensure the availability of emergency services were also discussed in the meeting. Ambulances, fire brigade, and other essential services will be kept ready so that quick action can be taken in case of any untoward incident. It was also decided to keep special surveillance near religious places, so that no anti-social elements can spoil the festive atmosphere.

CO Sonam Singh told all the attendees that if there is any kind of problem or concern, they should immediately contact the police. He said, “Our aim is to ensure the safety of all citizens. We have to work together so that our festivals can be enjoyed without any interruption.”
