Bhoomi Pujan in the name of Shri Ram

All the officials and members of Shri Ramlila Committee Meerut city came from Shri Sanatan Dharam Mandir Budhana Gate to stage Ramlila. Apart from the artists and other devotees, the main inaugural Bhoomi Pujan artist Kuldeep Sharma along with Band Baaja Baaraat reached the Gymkhana Ground Bhoomi Pujan site on foot from the temple singing the hymns of Lord Shri Ram.

Slogans of Jai Shri Ram were raised during Bhoomi Pujan.

This practice of performing Bhoomi Pujan before staging Ramlila has been going on for hundreds of years. The purpose of performing Bhoomi Pujan is that no kind of mental, physical, spiritual, financial or any other kind of hindrance should come during the staging of Ramleela. For this, God is worshiped and worshipped. Mother Earth is celebrated.

Shri Ram was worshiped with Tilak

Bhoomi Pujan was done by Acharya ji of Sanatan Dharma temple along with recitation of Vedic mantras and rituals. After Bhoomi Pujan, Lord Shri Ram was worshiped with Tilak by Mukesh Gaur Kamakhya Industries. After Bhoomi Pujan, after the tilak of Shri Ram and Shri Laxman ji, as per tradition, the artists will stage the performance of Lord Shri Ram and Laxman ji. He will live a virtuous life from today till the end of the staging of Ramlila.
