It is necessary to clearly display the name of the shop and its owner along with what is being sold. With clear identity, customers coming from outside will know what to eat and what not to eat.
Local people know what the shops running without a board or name are selling. People coming from outside often get confused about the hotels where the identity is not clear. This is a good step to avoid any confusion between the shopkeeper and the customer.

Any kind of adulteration in a food shop is wrong. It should be very clear in a veg and non-veg shop what is being sold. Another question that arises in the new order is how will the street food vendors be made to follow the guidelines.
Nowadays a large number of people eat street food, hence it is important that emphasis should be laid on adopting guidelines for there also.
