A woman committed suicide by hanging herself after a domestic dispute in village Kakrawali of Mursan Kotwali area of Hathras. Police have sent her body for postmortem. Police is investigating the case.

27 year-old Kusum, a resident of Rajpur village of Hathras Junction Kotwali area, was married to Kailashi, a resident of Kakarwali police station, about 8 years ago. After the marriage, Kusum also gave birth to two children. Kusum’s sister is also married in the same house. Family members said that the two sisters quarreled over something. In this quarrel, Kusum committed suicide by hanging herself. Seeing her hanging, the family was shocked. On receiving information, the police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. On receiving information about the incident, the people from her maternal side, who reached the spot, created a huge ruckus.
