Ballia ASP along with the police force conducted a foot march in the city.

In view of the upcoming festivals and law and order in Ballia, Additional Superintendent of Police South Kripashankar conducted foot patrolling with the Kotwali police force. During this time, the police force ensured peaceful completion of Durga Puja, Dussehra and Bharat Milap etc. and maintaining law and order.

Along with this, talks were held with the passengers at important places and railway stations as a part of taking special precautions to maintain strong security arrangements in view of the upcoming festivals. The suspicious persons were interrogated and searched. During the foot patrolling, Kotwali in-charge Inspector Yogendra Bahadur Singh, outpost in-charge Akdenganj, Satnisarai, Chandrashekhar Nagar and Mandi etc. police officers and employees were present.

In the same sequence, in view of the peace and law and order in the district and the safe and peaceful completion of the upcoming festivals Durga Puja, Dussehra and Bharat Milap etc., Sub-District Magistrate Rasra and Area Officer Rasra patrolled on foot with the police station Rasra and gave necessary directions. CO Rasra, along with Ubhaon police force, carried out foot patrolling and monitoring of the security of the railway track by intensively checking suspicious persons and objects in the Belthara Road station premises.
