DM stopped two days’ salary After the letter from SDM, DM has ordered to stop 2 days salary of Electricity Department SDO Amit Kumar and Manoj Kumar Maurya. This action has been taken due to negligence in redressal of complaints on IGRS portal.
Complete Samadhan Diwas was organized in Milkypur According to the information received, the whole matter is that five electricity related cases were reported in the Total Solution Day organized in Milkipur. Out of which one case was from Kumarganj electricity sub-division area and 4 complaints were received from Milkipur sub-division area. Angered by the complaints not being resolved, the SDM had written a letter to the DM.
There should have been an investigation into the negligence of the Tehsil administration. According to sources in the Electricity Department, the negligence of the Tehsil administration should have been investigated before taking action to stop the salary of the SDO. SDO Milkipur Amit Kumar Singh established contact with Madhyanchal Head Office and got the complaints closed and gave a satisfactory reply to SDM Milkipur. Nevertheless, action was recommended against them.
SDO said, wrong tagging was done The Sub Divisional Officer said that in the complaints, MD Production Corporation was tagged instead of MD Distribution Corporation. Even after that was disposed of somehow, action has been taken.
Computer operator held responsible SDO Milkipur says that SDM Milkipur was also informed about the wrong typing. But no effort was made by him to get the tagging corrected and he accused him of being a defaulter and recommended action to the District Magistrate.
The real responsibility for this lies with the computer operators of the district or tehsil who do wrong tagging and the concerned officials have to suffer.
