This incident took place in Bahjoi area of ​​Sambhal district. Where on September 2, Pramod Kumar was seriously injured after falling from above in the rice mill of BJP leader Vikas Varshney. It is alleged that the rice mill operator did not inform the family about this incident. Pramod was admitted to Moradabad hospital. From where he was referred to Delhi. Pramod was undergoing treatment in Delhi, but he died on 26 September.

Organized talks between family members and mill owner

After the death, the hospital delayed handing over the body. Due to which the family got worried. Eventually, when they found the body, they took it to the rice mill and created a ruckus there. The police intervened in the matter and facilitated talks between the family members and the mill owner. After which the family members went back with the dead body. The deceased’s mother Usha and wife Savita are in bad condition and crying.

Family members say that Pramod died while working in the rice mill. Therefore their children should be compensated. Police officer Yogesh Kumar said that after talks between the family members and the mill owner, the matter was calmed down and no legal action was taken.
