A woman died in a road accident on Sunday evening in Khukhundu police station area of Deoria district, while the brother and two small children riding the bike were seriously injured. The accident happened on Deoria-Salempur main road. Here a speeding vehicle hit the bike from behind. chance

Learn about the case in detail This accident happened when Seema Devi (25), resident of Paikauli Tola Nagaur village of Surauli police station area, had gone to her maternal home with her brother Surendra Nishad. He was also accompanied by his son Shreyaans (5) and daughter Shivani (2). He left for his maternal home in Turtipar in Ballia district at around 2 pm on Sunday afternoon.
Surendra had reached near Mundera in Khukhundu police station area on the Deoria-Salempur main road with a bike when an unknown four-wheeler coming from behind hit him hard. After the accident, all four people fell on the road, due to which Seema Devi died on the spot, while the brother and both the children were injured. He was admitted to the hospital. Police are searching for the driver along with the vehicle.
