The victim Mukesh Kumar, a resident of Godsara Shukla village of the police station area, has said in his complaint to the police that on September 28, at 9 o’clock in the day, his 8-year-old son fell into a 10 feet pit dug for a water tank on the roadside in Shrayansh Ki village. No barricading was done for security reasons. As soon as the information was received, my family members and villagers took him out and reached Vikramjot Community Health Center.
Here the doctors declared him dead. Told that I live in Delhi for my livelihood. In such a situation, after getting my father’s thumb impression on a paper, the body was sent for post-mortem, but a case of son’s death was not registered against the company and the contractor. It is said that the company has dug a pit in the village and left it, which is inviting death. Regarding the incident, SO Cantonment Vijay Dubey said that a complaint has been received. Investigation is being done and action is being taken.
