An unknown woman lost her life after being hit by a train near Line Shah Baba’s tomb in Ahmedganj Ghajia of local Kotwali area of Bhadohi. On getting information about the incident, local people informed the police.

The police reached the spot immediately after the information and tried to identify the body, but could not get any success. At present, the body has been taken into custody and kept in MBS Hospital.
Police faces difficulties in identifying unknown woman
According to sources, a masked old woman did not know when and how she got hit by the train at the said place. Seeing the dead body of the woman lying near the railway track, a crowd gathered there. The police made efforts to identify the woman from the crowd, but no one helped in identifying her.
Finally, the body was taken into custody and sent to Maharaja Balwant Singh Government Hospital, where the body has been kept for identification. At the same time, efforts are being made to identify the deceased by making her photo viral on social media.
Identification will be attempted for 72 hours
Giving information, Kotwali in-charge Inspector Ashwani Kumar Tripathi said that a lot of efforts were made to identify the body of the woman who was hit by the train. The body will be kept in MBS Hospital for a few hours, so that people can come and identify it. After this, post mortem of the dead body will be done. If identification is not made within 72 hours, the body will be cremated anonymously.
