Home guard’s family lives alone in the village

Vinod Kumar, son of Raghuveer Singh, resident of Dhatholi village of Gonda, told that he has been living in a rented house in Aligarh for the last 6 months. Whereas his entire family lives in the village itself. On September 27, Bijendra and Mukesh, who lived in the neighbourhood, had beaten up his wife.

The victim told that immediately after the incident, his wife had taken a complaint to the police station. But the police did not take any action and the SO called him to the police station the next day. When he went to the police station, they put him straight in the lockup and also threatened him that a case would be registered and he would be sent to jail. After which the Home Guard has complained about this matter to higher authorities.

CO said – old dispute, many cases are registered

CO Iglas Rajiv Dwivedi said that the dispute has been going on between the two parties for a long time. Both the parties belong to the same family. There are already three cases registered against them. He said that on the complaint of the home guard’s wife, a case has already been registered against the accused and the matter is being investigated. Further action will be taken on the basis of investigation.
