A young man walking on the roof was pushed by a monkey: Bones in his legs were broken after falling from the roof, family members demanded treatment and compensation.




Recently a young man Vinay Kori was attacked by a group of monkeys in Mohalla Ganeshpura of Hapur. In this attack, the young man was bitten at several places and while trying to escape, he fell from the roof and got seriously injured. The bones of both the legs of the young man were broken in the accident. The family members immediately admitted him to the hospital, where his treatment is going on. This incident has created anger among the people in the area. These days, the menace of stray dogs and monkeys is increasing in the city, causing financial, mental and physical loss to the local residents. People are scared because of such accidents happening every day. Although complaints have been made several times by the Municipal Council officials, no concrete steps have been taken so far. A group of monkeys suddenly attacked Vinay Kori in Mohalla Ganeshpura of Ward No. 9. Vinay was bitten by monkeys on his waist and hands, and in an attempt to escape he fell down, breaking the bones in both his legs. Complaints made several times: Councilor Vikas Dayal said that complaints of attacks by monkeys and dogs are continuously coming in the area, but the Municipal Council administration is not serious in this matter. He said that complaints were lodged several times, but the problem was not resolved. Due to this, resentment is increasing among the city residents. The councilor has also demanded the capture of monkeys and dogs and has also demanded treatment and compensation for the injured. Municipality Executive Officer and Deputy Collector Manoj Kumar said that tenders have been issued several times to catch monkeys, but no one took the tender. He assured that efforts are being made to catch the monkeys and dogs soon.
