First he got black and then died during treatment

Rajesh Soni, a resident of Keshavpur Har Milap Society located in Rawatpur village, drives an e-rickshaw. Rajesh told that the family consisted of wife Savitri, 9 year old son Ansh and two daughters Anshika and Avantika. Son Ansh was a class five student of PRK Mission School in Rawatpur village. Diphtheria (whooping cough) vaccination was done in the school on 27th September. During this time he got a vaccine in his left hand. It is alleged that after which his hand was turning blue. On August 1, the student’s condition deteriorated and he was admitted to Hallet. Where he died during treatment on Wednesday.

The cause of death was not clear even in the post mortem report.

The family members have filed a complaint at Rawatpur police station alleging that the child died due to vaccination. Regarding this matter, school manager Kunwar Pal Singh said that the health department had done the vaccination as part of the campaign being run by the government. After which no other child has faced any problem till now. Health Department’s vaccination officer UV Singh said that there has been no information about any other child’s condition worsening due to vaccination. At present the matter will be investigated.

Rawatpur police station in-charge Krishna Kumar Mishra said that during the post-mortem process, the body has been preserved as the cause of death was not clear. The cause of death will become clear only after the report comes.
